Absolutely. Taking this at night won’t keep you from sleeping and this is due to the nature of these substances which are called adaptogens. Adaptogens help to regulate biochemical responses in the body, if you need energy it’s going to encourage your body to make more energy OR the opposite, it can also help your body to regulate the stress response and bring about balance and calmness.
Our ingredients are Di Tao (translates as Earth Tao) which literally means ‘the authentic true source’. Besides Cordyceps, which is something that has to be cultured in a controlled and enclosed environment. Our herbs and mushrooms are mostly wild-crafted (which is beyond organic) or wild-simulated in nature in their natural habitats, exposed to the natural elements. Our ingredients come from various areas of the world such as Canada, United States, Asia, Russia in the most remote and pristine locations that we can source them from. Our goal is to try and source as much of our ingredients as locally as possible, but it’s going to take a lot of time and patience. There’s so much work that goes on in the harvesting of these noble substances and it has to be done not only correctly but in our point of view, according to tradition.
This won’t get you high in the sense that the word is usually associated with. There are no psychoactives or psychedelic substances in this blend! We use only the most natural and healthiest ingredients. However, you will feel a boost in energy, mental clarity, focus, and mood :)
Some argue that using the mycelia is stronger than the fruiting bodies and although this may be true for certain myo-chemicals that mushrooms possess, our goal is not to concentrate those specific compounds. We use full spectrum fruiting body concentrates for our Lion’s Mane and Reishi mushrooms. We’re not just a mushroom supplement, it’s a lot more than that
