How to take it

One dropper, one glass of water.

Fill the dropper to the line (1 mL, 10 mg) and stir it into a glass of water. Never take it neat. Mornings work best.

Start slow: 5 drops on days 1 and 2, 10 drops on days 3 and 4, then a full dropper from day 5.

Storage: keep the bottle closed, upright and away from direct light.

Esta es la segunda marca de polvo azul que pruebo. La calidad y la concentración son similares a las de la primera marca, pero la cantidad es casi el doble, y a un mejor precio. Me cuesta creer que encuentre otra marca que supere a Alcami. Además, también compro el polvo de hongos, con el que estoy muy satisfecho.
